Plenty for the kids to do and see. Great play area with water plays too for the kids. Loved the train and getting a pic with a koala! A fantastic array of Australian animals and a few interesting others as well! A few different spots for lunch options but pack your own to save some cash!

Excellent so easy to purchase tickets. And love the idea of being able to use after pay just makes it that little bit easier !! Will 100% be using Experience Zz from now on!! They really have some awesome deals ect and so much variety to choose from!

Got to hold the koala & feed the kangaroos! Would definitely go back there. Friendly staff all around. They had Blinki and the train tracks would definitely recommend for a whole family day out and they had activities for the children as well. Amazing cafes and souvenir shop plus reasonably priced photo packages. There is also parking available for $10 for the entire day.

Currumbin is great for all ages. Lunch spots all over the sanctuary. We walked halfway, it was a bit hot so we caught the train around the other half. It's a great place for kids with the train but if the kids get hot, stop by the water park, have a splash move onto a kiosk for lunch, play with the lizards and catch a train if you're tired.

Love this place! Is set up like a nice walking trail, where you can see a variety of wildlife, you bet to pat kangaroos, walking through the wallaby and kangaroo enclosures, as well as seeing a lot of wonderful creatures. Volunteers are always so helpful and informative!

This was a great park with lots of animals we could get close to. Volunteers and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of shade options throughout the park to escape the Gold Coast heat. The macaws were a highlight with their giant wingspan of colours.

Well worth a visit. Plenty to see and do. Beautiful shady tropical gardens. Lots of cool animals in a great location. Kids had a fantastic time. Trains are awesome to look and get around the park. Staff and volunteers were all friendly except for 1 bossy old duck. Would definitely go again.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is an amazing place to visit. Not only to visit or the animals but the staff and volunteers make the day so much more enjoyable. The show is amazing. With entertainment but also educationally. I thought I knew a lot about the animals but I was wrong even at my age there was still more to learn. Your up close to each animal we spent the entire day from open to closing time. Thank you so much to everyone at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary for making our visit so special.

It was a great experience there. Especially, Lorikeet feeding in the early morning with perfect brekkie. I got to carry a koala with photo package comes with a magnetic photo which costs me around $30 we love the quality of the photo. I bought the tickets through Experience Oz provides with drinks and meal. Worth it!

The grounds are beautiful and very easy to walk around. Our favourites of the day were the bird show and the kangaroos. Lorikeet feeding is a must-do. It was a hot day so the chance for the kids to have quick cool down in the water play area was refreshing.

It was a lovely outing for the kids. Very natural space and shady with all the lovely trees. The shows were very entertaining but mostly educational. Easy to walk from one area to another and the train ride was a plus. We got our own picnic, so we can't comment on the food. Thank you we had a wonderful day.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a great day out, particularly for families. There are lots of different attractions to see. If you get tired of walking you can even catch the train around the park. The park and the kids' splash area were great. There are also lots of different shows to watch.

It's always good to visit Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Even this is the second time to revisit the park, I can see the effort that the park has made. Very impressive. Highly recommend the bird show, very interesting and educational. Will definitely revisit.

We booked the treetop challenge as well which was great. It was a great value booking both entry plus treetop challenge. Do not try the black course on treetop challenge if you are scared of heights especially last zip line which is quite high and scary but overall it was a great experience and we all friends would like to do it again.

What a gorgeous park! So many animals to see. And the staff are truly lovely. They also have a couple of different variety of memorabilia shops so there is a lot to choose from. The park is clearly signed and they provide a map so you know where to go!! Will definitely be going again.

Currumbin is always great to visit. The park is well maintained and there is lots to see. My daughter really liked the bird feeding. They landed right on your hand. We also got to hug a koala - a very Australian experience. Finally, the train ride was great - it was really easy to get around the park and the kids just love it. Me and my daughter had a great time!

Second time going here had a great day at Currumbin this time brought my family which was much better! We packed own lunch so don’t know about food prices but overall was a lovely day. A lot more kangaroos years ago remember seeing a couple of big red ones. Thanks again.

We had a great time! All of the staff were friendly and informative. All facilities are clean and well maintained. Food was cost-friendly and tasty. Kids had a great time. We went on a slightly cooler day this time and all of the animals were a lot more active.

Awesome day out with the family. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it and they weren’t tired of walking around with the train arriving every 10 mins. Plenty of animals to see and the cafe was lovely too. Get there early to feed the lorikeets at 8 am for some fun!

Had an amazing day at Currumbin. We used to come here when I was younger and now I finally have the opportunity to bring my son, he loves seeing all the different animals at Currumbin and loves the train ride around the park. His favourite animal there is the kangaroos.

Great shows, the volunteers are always so great with kids interacting with them about the animals they have just seen, plenty of COVID safe plans in place. Kids splash park is an added bonus food is on the pricier side and the birds will do anything to try and get it!!

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary was a very welcoming, child friendly and a fun experience for adults and children alike. It met all the expectations of a wildlife sanctuary. The shows were super to watch and there were lots of great food outlets available. I look forward to the train operating again.

It was really good. My daughter loves the playground and the birds. It was really good to take her somewhere safe even though it was just for a little while with the pandemic at the moment it is hard to keep my active little girl entertained. Will come back again.

The highlights were definitely the Free Wild Bird Show and The Lorikeet feeding. It was a great experience to walk the park and see how big the park was. The reason I was not able to give 5 stars was the tickets were not much cheaper even though many things were not operating, such as the trains were not working, water park closed, big slide closed, some toilets not open around the park and some show not running. A fun day with lots and lots of walking for sure.

It was good but many things were not open, but couldn't be helped with COVID safety. We quite enjoyed getting a koala family photo that was at an affordable price. We would've loved to do the treetop adventure maybe another time after COVID restrictions.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary was a great day out. The booking process was quite complex and you have to take all the printouts with you to get in. Social Distancing meant that it was not crowded and very easy to get around. Plenty of Gluten-Free options at both cafes.

The actual park with the animals was great with the COVID it did put a damper on the park as there were no shows on. The staff in the Kangaroo park were amazing very friendly and helpful and I liked that you employ older staff well done they go out of there way to explain things before you ask. I have to say when I ordered my hot chocolate it took 20 minutes and it was not busy that was every disappointing I would hate to see when they do get busy.

I loved how interactive the sanctuary was! Like getting to pet and feed the kangaroos! Overall had a great time and will highly recommend to my friends and family! The shows were great too, got to learn about some of the animals within the wildlife sanctuary.

It was nice to see the kangaroos up close and feed them. The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is nice but I feel like it’s way too expensive, especially the koala photos! The park doesn’t seem very clean and I feel like it would be good to renew some areas.

We arrived at just before the doors of the Sanctuary opened and were greeted by hundreds of free birds. The experience was incredible, so it was the rest of the day!! Very organised, clean premises, friendly staff. The well-thought attractions and loving animal careers made this experience unique and memorable!

What an awesome place to take our kids. Easy access to get around and plenty of things to do. Experience Oz made it easy to get our tickets online with no trouble at the entry gate. Would highly recommend for family outings or just a simple stroll to pass the day away

Loved it! I took my 3 ur old granddaughter to Currumbin wildlife sanctuary she absolutely loved her time there from 11am to 4.30pm. We've been there before and she gets to see so many animals. This time she had the small splash park area to cool off in on such a hot day and the playground head great equipment for all ages to play on. Just one item not happy wish the crocodile display the water was terrible, could hardly see the enormous crocodile in the water.

We had a wonderful day! I have taken my son to Currumbin once before when he was little but to take him back now he was older was amazing. He was able to interact more and get really excited about seeing all the amazing animals. I would definitely go back for the 3rd time!

A very nice and wild place. It is really big however we didn’t have enough time to visit all park and shows as we have a go to airport. My children love to touch Kangaroo and they were so excited to see crocodile. Will come back again if we visit Queensland.

Family-friendly fun! Lots to see and do, loved the shows and being able to hold particular animals. Food and drinks were overpriced making it quite expensive if u don't bring your own but at least we know that money goes back into helping care for, feed and go towards medical expenses for the animals

An awesome day! It was pouring with rain and we still had such a wonderful time. Great shows, great animals and great experiences. Took our 1-year-old son and he had a blast!!! Can’t wait for next time. The characters and Chris who worked with the characters were outstanding and so welcoming.

The day was perfect. We took the family to Gold Coast Currumbin Wildlife Park. The booking was seamless and the staff on arrival were friendly and very helpful. Getting on the little train, wow, it was so clean and modern and the lunch was amazing (at the Burger Station the biggest burger and the most delicious salads and meats) the pre-ordered a couple of sandwiches and coffees there were amazing and delicious. The little train was well worth the time seeing all the rich and famous houses along the way and an added BONUS of the bird show and the reptiles. My little one was playing alongside the playground(which is located next to the Burger Bar). Thoroughly recommend this place for everyone! 🐨🐊🦜🥰

Great place with lots to see! I don’t know how to express how well done this zoo was. The entire layout was open and was large enough for a train! While we only did part of the exhibits, the entire zoo I would guess takes about 2-3 hours. It felt as if we were in the wild and a guest to the animals. With walk-up exhibits for wombats and kangaroos, it really was a great time....and the koala photo wasn’t that bad either :)

The day was perfect, the weather was fantastic. The staff were very helpful. The train they had inside the park was great you could hope on and off at the different areas. The bonus of the day was being able to feed the wild birds for a gold coin donation.

What an amazing day. Whilst the weather was awful for my trip I still loved every second. The small amount of rain meant that the park was quieter than normal. This gave me longer with the animals and more time to get information from staff. The koala photo was a highlight and I wasn't rushed. I found out lots about the koala I held. It's a must for anyone on the Gold Coast.

The sanctuary is well worth a visit. Experience Oz offered great value tickets for Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, which we were able to easily purchase via mobile on the way to the attraction, and having pre-purchased tickets we were able to skip the queues at the ticket office. See the local wildlife in lush surrounds.

A nice family experience. The highlight was feeding the rainbow lorikeets. A huge sanctuary with lots of walking - the train helps, especially on a hot day. Can get very busy during the peak periods or school groups. We really enjoyed the experience and got a lot of photos with different animals.

A great place to take the family for a fun day out. The shows are planned well and the volunteers are very informative. It's a big place to visit so definitely worth a bit of planning and investing in annual passes if you don't live too far. We love Currumbin wildlife sanctuary and always bring visiting family to enjoy the experience too.

A must-do if on the Gold Coast. I've been twice in the last 12 months and loved it both times. This time I did the dingo encounter which was pretty good value for money, I got to pat the dingo and take a photo with it, and the physical photo was included in the cost. I love the open range kangaroo section where you can get up close and personal with the roos, and this time there were joeys! The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The sanctuary caters for all ages - I am 21, had a great time, and so did my almost 2-year-old cousin and her mum.

Excellent presentation! Loved seeing the Australian animals. The hospital was awesome. Volunteers are well trained and helpful. Food was great at Wild Burgers. The train takes you around the park with stations at key stops. lost Valley aviary was very special.

The overall experience was very excellent. There are many different types of animals to see. Kangaroos, koalas, Tasmanian devils, snakes, birds, crocodiles. Be sure to check out the wild bird show. Kids love the train ride. Food is very pricey so pack your own lunch.

It was disappointing to not be able to make the bird feeding but otherwise, the Grandchildren really enjoyed the day. A suggestion would be to include food vouchers for the park. They loved the train ride around the park and the Koala show. Would definitely recommend.

It was pretty fun, good organization. Only one thing is not okay too much people going around kangaroos and giving food to every kind of animal. The animal show was perfect! staffs are also friendly and helpful. It’s great to visit.

We went to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary as a family with the kids and grandparents. The kids were excited to go visit, but everyone loved it. The kids loved the crocodile show and the train ride. We would definitely recommend it and also visit again.

Always such a great place to take kids to. Had my grandsons, 11 and 9. They loved it. Fed lorikeets first - there were lots!!!! Even though it was a hot day, we walked all over the park and caught three shows. A good day out! My grandson was called up to help the sheep shearer and that made it extra fun.

Awesome day for everyone. The water park was a bit small but still a great day out. Food a touch expensive so maybe byo. Easy parking. Wife purchased the season pass now so sure to come again. Gift shop a little expensive but overall an awesome experience.

My grandchildren and I had a wonderful day. They enjoyed every part of the experience, and so did I. We all loved the Reptile show and the free-flight aviary show. The kids had several rides on the train too. Petting the kangaroos a highlight for them both.

Fun day out! Tree top adventure was great for both young and old. Make sure to get there early to make the most of the activities throughout the day. Enjoy a nice lunch overlooking the kangaroos near the end of the park. Tip: Take mosquito repellent as some parts are in bushy areas.

An absolutely amazing place to visit. The service front the front entrance and throughout the whole sanctuary was brilliant. It was great to see so many animals and the new splash park play area was perfect for my daughter to run and have fun. I would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic family day out! Our little boy 3 absolutely loved it. Great place to spend the day! The only thing that could possibly be improved on was having a fast check in line for the pre paid tickets. other than that the staff were very friendly and the facilities were lovely and clean. We will come again.

We had an amazing day at the sanctuary. We are first time visitors to Oz and the day here was brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interaction with the animals was a brilliant experience. The park was lovely with plenty of facilities available. Only thing I would have liked would be water fountains spotted around the park. I love the place as always, except for the koala pictorial prices which have recently gone up. I'm quite positive it was only about 20 bucks a few months ago. I hope they can keep the prices down and affordable for everybody.

Great family day out. Our son loved the experience with Blinky Bill - really good show for small kids. The water park addition was also a hit. The food court across from the water park was really good and great value for money. And who does not love a good train ride to end the day? Parking is however limited so get there early.

An extremely well maintained and curated wildlife park. The compassion and dedication of the staff are laudable. It was really fun interacting with Koalas and kangaroos. The park has something for everyone and is a must-visit place while you are in Gold Coast.

I found the Experience Oz site really clear and easy to use and the offers were reasonable. Looking to use the site again for another purchase, I'm just contemplating on. Great place with awesome enclosures for the animals. A lot of hands on experiences and photo opportunities. Particularly loved the roaming emu and the fact you can see what the happenings are inside the animal hospital. Love that you could go inside so many aviaries and enclosures such as the lemurs.

It was a very cool place to visit to see the different animals. The cute koala, the sleepy crocodile and lizards everywhere. The train ride was good when your feet need a rest. Many volunteers around to answer your directions questions. The kangaroo that you can touch and feed is amazing. Very enjoyable visit. The only downside is the parking fee at the parking lot. You would expect it is free parking.

It was a good time, wouldn’t say I would have paid the full ticket price considering what they had to offer but it was an ok day out. They do need to bring the park up to date if they want to keep charging what they are though other than that it was good.

We took our kids aged 9&6 and they loved it. the park is fairly small and easy to cover in 4-5 hours. lots of shows so make sure you start early in the morning. kangaroo park was very special as was the koala picture (need to pay $29/pic). there’s also a koala tour which sells out quite early - we missed it. Overall a great experience.

It’s very good experience visiting Currumbin wildlife Australian animals and Australian culture, As I came from overseas it’s very experienced. It’s a very good family time. Photographer surprised by taking memorable photos. But not much to do. We finished in half a day.

It's always great to buy tickets from Experience Oz. I visited Australia from Dubai and bought from them. This time was late for someplace and I bought the deal at the last moment but they sent me the voucher within minutes which was great! Will buy later from them as well.

The experience is really nice as they have made their shows really interactive and engaging. Fewer animals compared to Australia Zoo or any other zoos out there but it's a good getaway family trip with your kids. Make sure you visit the place early morning to see all the shows.

It was a really good experience, I enjoyed it a lot. I do wish that I did the segways tour as I am quite unfit and found myself having to stop every now and then. I did enjoy the train and feeding the kangaroos. Possibly more shaded areas and seating areas would be cool.

There is so much to see and do here all staff were very friendly and taught us lots at the talks they took. Heaps of photo opportunities around the park with different animals. The koala photo opportunity was amazing! I would definitely recommend this sanctuary to friends and family.

Love going to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. I visit it every time we go to the Gold Coast. Something for everyone in the family. So many cute animals too see and take pictures with. Great animals show to watch. Can’t wait to re-visit. Also have a cafeteria too great a bite.

Had a fab time at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary lots of beautiful woodland walks. There are no big animals here ie giraffes elephants. But I still had a good time. The food was good and the staff were helpful. There’s enough time to do half a day here.

What an amazing place to visit as a family. Our 5 year old son was so excited and we were not disappointed. So many animals to see in beautifully presented enclosures. Highlights were seeing the lizards roaming freely around the grounds and the reptile presentation.

An amazing experience, the kids and I enjoyed a whole day with beautiful animals and plants and met people during our visit, I also took an afternoon cruise with light snacks and drinks to wind us down a night before our departure, will repeat this experience again on my next trip.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is an absolutely amazing place to visit. Loved being able to get up close and personal with the animals and learned a lot from the amazing staff during the shows we went and saw. The koala nursery was probably our favourite. Could have stood and watched them all day.

Best zoo I've visited so far! Had a great time with the kangaroos and their mini-shows. It was very easy to book the trip and was cheaper too. I will definitely recommend to friends when I get back to Manila! I will take my family here next time I'm back to Gold Coast.

We visited the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The day was perfect. It was weird how we could walk straight through the gift shop into the sanctuary. the availability of the train, That was awesome. Kids loved it. We visited the hospital and saw a bird being treated, we loved the sense of humour of the guy at the sheep sheering and the flightless bird show was fantastic! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the wild splash area afterwards. After standing to wait for the lorikeets finally they came. Toilets need to be checked regularly they were disgusting!

Value for money. A great day out. A fantastic family outing, especially with grandson from Sydney. Most enjoyable and good day. The koala, kangaroo, crocodile, birds, wombat and most of all the lorikeets were amazing. A lovely Day out with friends and family.

My brother and I had fun, such a wonderful experience. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. Surely we will keep on coming back. Hopefully next time my niece will see the koalas and kangaroos for real. Food is nice but quite dear though. But it was always fun to see animals and their habitat.

A fun day for the whole family. The park was so much bigger then we expected, our 1.5 and 5 year olds he a blast looking at all the animals and the train was fantastic when their little legs got tired. They also have a splash zone for the kiddies to cool off in so don’t forget to pack some swimmers and a towel. Definitely recommend checking the sanctuary out.

The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is amazing! Such a great spot to see Koalas and kangaroos up close. We took my parents that were visiting here. It was amazing to see the vet centre and you could see that they take such good care of the animals. Everyone had a great time and we even extended our tickets to an annual pass.

It was great. Took my little family out. Had an awesome time looking and learning about animals. It was a really good experience and if I had to do it over again, I would! Oh and getting your tickets over Experience Oz was way better than getting it at the entrance.

Currumbin Sanctuary is a most fabulous place to visit for the day... great staff, friendly and helpful. So many beautiful animals to see and watch, makes me feel like I'm in their backyards rather than manmade backyards... absolutely special day visiting here finishing with the feeding of the lorikeets.

Wow. This place has received very good reviews and the reviews were not wrong at all. Take your lunch with you and make a day of it. Very good value and heaps of animals to see. A very good place to take the family and will go again with the family.

We went as the whole family to the zoo today as a day out. The zoo was large but it seems peaceful. Lots of resting places and few eating places that sell quite good food. My older daughter loves the train ride the most and wouldn't want to get off once she is on it. Should recommend it for family.

Fantastic for kids, the playgrounds, train and kangaroo feeding were awesome. We expected to stay in there for 2 hours and were there for over 6. Our 4 girls aged 9, 8, 5 and 3 loved it. Lots and lots of fun. There is a new splash pad too that is really cool so bring togs.

My family and I took a trip to the Gold Coast for a holiday, and our first stop was Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. I was overwhelmed by the beautiful atmosphere that the sanctuary brought. My kids and I had an absolute ball and we will definitely be coming back again to do the experience again!
